Pet Corner
Here at The Dimples, we have just built our very own Pet Corner
In our Pet Corner we hope to develop an awareness of the wider environment and the world around us.Children can learn about and investigate how animals live, what foods they eat, how to care for living things and develop a sense of exploration as they help feed our pets.
We have three large pens designed for our rabbits and guinea pigs & chickens on the way. We also have a large seating area within the pet corner which is used by the children to sit on while listening to stories and feeding the animals.
With this in mind we can ensure our children endless opportunities for learning and developing their knowledge, whilst forming trusting relationships with staff and peers as they join together in caring for the animals.
Our extended provision will enable each and every child to fulfil their developmental needs and begin their life long journey of learning in a safe, secure, and stimulating environment
